Estimate only, and tax is approximate — it varies by city and we confirm it on the quote. Salad in place of home fries is $1 more per guest. Our Ohana rate kicks in automatically: 3% off above 75 guests, 5% at 100, 8% at 150, 10% above 200. We confirm the exact number on the phone.

Before you ask
Fill out the request form and we'll call you within 24 hours to walk through the menu, timing, and headcount.
Monday through Saturday. We're closed Sundays, and the truck is at the Pearlridge farmers market most Saturdays — so if you want it on site for a Saturday event, ask early.
On Oahu, anywhere from the Kahuku kitchen — Kailua, town, the west side, all of it. In Utah and Arizona, ask your nearest store and they'll tell you their range. Travel is built into the truck fee, so there's no separate mileage charge.
Yes, for orders up to 25 guests — no service fee at all. Order ahead, swing by your nearest store at your time, and it's packed hot and ready. Same 25-guest limit applies to delivery; bigger orders are cooked on site.
The truck comes to you and we cook in front of your guests. It adds 15% to the food plus $400 for on-site service — the truck, the grill, a crew of four, setup and cleanup, up to two hours of service ($100 for each extra hour). On-site events start at $1,000 in Hawaii and $750 in Utah and Arizona.
We ask for 72 hours notice so the event is right. Inside that window, call rather than fill out the form and we'll see what's possible.

Sometimes, yes — several of our stores can host a private event on site. Tick the box on the quote form and we'll check availability at your nearest location.
